Above and Beyond
You don’t become one of the fastest growing drone companies without going above and beyond in everything you do. This is the type of work that has you meeting with customers after hours, or taking calls with drone pilots in the elevator on the way to your next meeting, or has you making extra edits, even after the customer has already approved the video, because you want the customer to be proud to show off their video. We take customer, pilot, and team member happiness seriously here.
Lean and Mean
In a fast-paced start up, it’s important to use only what is necessary — and determined to work effectively — in order to compete successfully. If you fail, you make quick adjustments and you take another stab at it. It’s very simple. Continued optimization is critical in an industry as young as the drone industry. We’re lean and mean – when we make a decision, we are going to be united and attack fast.
Feedback is King
There will always be instances of growing pains in a fast-growing company, but utilizing feedback from customers, pilots and our team helps keep these growing pains to a minimum. We understand that without feedback, we don’t improve. Because of this feedback, we are empowered with the knowledge that allows us to build strong relationships and provide a superior service.
Always Forward
Sometimes, things just do not work out how you planned. We don’t have the time to dwell on a failure, instead we need to continue forward. As the great Henry Ford once said, “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.” More importantly, We can’t become complacent with tastes of success. We need to always look forward because the drone industry is ever changing and what is trending today is a threat to be foregone by the time drones are at their pinnacle in everyday use.
Learn, Educate, Innovate
We are constantly learning about drone technology and using that knowledge to educate and innovate. Our purpose at Drone Dispatch is to put the next evolution of drone innovation in motion by driving success for our customers by incorporating drone technology into their daily operations. With us being immersed in the drone world, it can be easy to assume other’s are as well –this is not always the case. We need to constantly share our knowledge with everybody we come across. Educating clients and helping them innovate within their own industry are key contributing factors to our high customer retention rate.
Embrace and Drive Change
Businesses have their traditional way of doing things, therefore are a bit slow to react to new technologies. In order for Drone Dispatch to be successful, we need to embrace and drive change within these organizations by educating and demonstrating how drones can save them time, money, and reduce risk. At Drone Dispatch we understand that drones are very useful tools and we work on embracing and changing the perception of drones daily — A few years ago when someone said drones, most people instantly thought large military drones. More recently, people think of toys when they hear about drones. By embracing and driving change, we have pioneered many of our service offerings collaboratively with the firms we work with as a way to distinguish themselves from their competition.
Be Adventurous, Creative, and Open-Minded
Everyday is an adventure in a drone startup. The drone industry is innovating at a breakneck pace and we are doing our part in pushing the drone space forward by continuously testing out new drone solutions daily. The stuff we are working on did not exist just a few years ago, and for many the uncertainty of what’s to come can be scary. Therefore, keeping an open-mind and being creative needs to be apart of our DNA in order to enjoy the exciting adventure that lies ahead for our company.
