Going above and beyond was the first core value that the executive leadership team of Drone Dispatch identified. We all try and live this value every moment of every day. Going above and beyond is part of everything we do. It is important to not only do what is necessary to please our clients, but to exceed every expectation in every way imaginable. We strive every moment to discover new ways to better serve our client’s needs. This dedication to going above and beyond has lead to numerous beneficial changes to our organization and the development of new products and service offerings to better serve our clients. The process of going above and beyond will continue to lead to growth for Drone Dispatch and a better experience for the people who choose to work with us.
An example of the “Above and Beyond” core value being a driving factor in how we do business is the experience we had while working a particularly large, time sensitive job in Kentucky. We had a pilot drop out of the contract, so we had to get another pilot from our network setup for the flight in record time. We got the deal set up, but then the backup pilot had an emergency and had to drop out of the deal at the very last moment. When this happened one of the company founders drove immediately to Kentucky from our headquarters in Round Rock, TX with drones in tow and handled the flight himself. With the cards stacked against us, we executed and provided an outstanding experience for our client.
The goal of Drone Dispatch is to put the next evolution of drone innovation in motion by driving success for our clients via the incorporation of drone technology into their daily operations.
